HOLD THE MOON

“Crumbled walls, shattered glass,

All that’s left a glasshouse mess.

On sapphire ground,

where truth is found,

and Grace shouts you’re not too far gone.”

This song is the story of my redemption and restoration from brokenness and shame. I built my house on sand, using only the parts of His Word that I understood and wanted, turning a blind eye to the ones I found irrelevant, confusing or too difficult. The storms came and I crumbled. Patiently, mercifully, the Lord is helping me rebuild.

Oh, sweet grace,

yet to be found a place

out of your rescuing reach.
